高精密钢领：
1、采用特种轴承钢材料，经多次锻打成坯，使内部晶粒结构极其细致、紧密、均匀，热处理性能极其稳定，变形量极小。
2、采用进口专用设备一次精加工成形，确保钢领制造的精度高，一致性好，为细纱缩小锭差提供了保证。
3、表面经纳米光整技术处理，光滑细腻，表面粗糙度Ra＜0.2μm，磨擦系数极小，上车走熟期极短，钢丝圈运行平稳，拎头轻，断头率低，适应高速，与合适的钢丝圈匹配后能明显降低成纱毛羽，提高成纱质量。
4、表面采用高科技精密镀技术，保证了镀层细腻均匀一致，厚度在8μm以上，镀层附着牢固，长期使用不脱落，表面硬度不低于1050HV0.2，耐磨性能好，稳定的使用寿命是普通镀铬钢领的5倍以上。
5、特别适用于紧密纺中纺高支、特高支纱的要求。是替代进口钢领的。
